buying stuff on stealth paypal accounts
 

I need to buy some stuff on some stealth paypal accounts and ship them to my REAL address where my original paypal got perm limited, is this possible?

Also when adding a buying a online vcc, do I need to make sure the address and date of birth matches with the one on the paypal?

No you can't do this as this address will link with your old address and more chances to get limited or suspension

Best option to use click and collect service
For vcc any data works fine

Don't get them shipped to your address. Try looking for items that use click and collect if you need to pay with the stealth account. No ID is need to collect the items just the name and collection number.

Click and Collect was the best ever invention for Stealth users.

Great, with virtual credit cards, there's no way paypal can verify the address right? so i can put the billing address on the vcc as my real one and add it to my stealth account which is a completely different address.

Is that ok.

Not sure what you aiming to get but your are right PayPal can't see address they will accept where ever you provide them as long as card is not avs

Great, just wanted to know if it would raise any flags if the card was registered to my real address, where my proper real paypal account got perm limited.

If the card you buy is an AVS card then you can't register it to your real address as you won't then be able to add it to the Paypal account.

If it's a non-AVS card then you can do it.

If you are buying giftcards out of the supermarket, some of the Visa ones are non-AVS. The MasterCard ones generally are AVS enabled.
