All VCC's now require ID verification?

As many of you know since WaveCrest Holdings wen't down, obtaining a decent virtual card for eBay/PayPal has become quite a task. WirexApp now have GBP cards available again but to get one you now need to verify your ID which means also giving them your address details. Any other provider I've tried (except Entropay) has required this to be able to make cards. Therefore these cards requiring your address mean that your address is linked to the card as it's needed for PayPal to allow the card to be used on their website.

How will this work with eBay? Using your card on PayPal will be matching your new stealth PayPal account to a previous account and will most likely cause red flags?

Unless I'm in the limbo, does anyone know of such a service that has yet to implement the ID feature which doesn't cost a fortune on issue fee/minimum deposit?

Most online card providers require ID at sign up.

If the card in AVS then the house number used on sign up for the card must match the house number used on paypal.

If the cards are non avs, then you can add them to any address on paypal.

A lot of card issuers have stopped recently, so at the moment they are hard to find.

The solution, as usual, is to give them the ID they ask for, with some amendments if you require
