Running ebay operation from cafe or library?

OK... the guide says no... don't do it!!

I was thinking... it can't be THAT bad?

Some people don't have internet.
It's true - I know some old people who have never heard of the internet (I made that up.)

Is it an *ABSOLUTE* no - don't...

There's a very good chance that most public IP's are blacklisted. Yes mobile data IP's are also shared but these are not taken into account by eBay/PayPal.

Probably won't work for long. Tether to your phone. Or ask to see if a neighbor will let you piggyback on theirs.

For sure, if not banned, you will get a LOT of security issues and checks from PayPal/eBay... this is asking for troubles.
