Anyone recommend a decent mobile data PAYG?
 

Hi.

Re internet connection via dongle/PAYG sim;

Apart from EE, can anyone recommend a decent PAYG mobile data service?

EE are a PITA to get working, so just want a service where you purchase the data sim (say from the high street), pop it in and surf the net.

Three works pretty well

I have heard O2 are pretty good as well

Does anyone other than me snicker inside every time you hear the word 'dongle'?

Giffgaff work great. £20 per month for unlimited data. The speed is slowed down after 8gb of data usage but it's still acceptable sppeds to use for eBay & Amazon. They use the O2 4g network.

i'd recommend giffgaff.
costs you £10 a month - but you need to follow my special advice.
pay £20 first month, unlimited data.
before end of month refer yourself and send a new SIM.
you get £5 for the existing account and £5 for the new account = £10.
do the same the next month and the next and the next.
the £5 - you only get to get as a payback after 6 months.

i'm not 100% sure about this... but would help if you used DIFFERENT pp email address to receive payment of the £5 referral.

maybe i should write a book about this and sell it like the stealth book? LOL

O2 and Three are really good.

Whats your issue with EE? If you elaborate, we could try and help. :)
