paypal verification refund

So i used one of the popular high street cards, got the pp code pretty much instantly. a few days on and pp hasn't been refunded yet.
Just wondering if this is normal?

It can take up to 10 days to get a refund on a card.

I believe this goes back to your paypal account

It will go back on to your card.

It takes anything from two to five working days. As it's working days, it will take longer if you did it around the weekend.
