Paypal Account - Can I Use On New eBay Stealth Acc?
 

My main TRS eBay account has been closed by eBay.

The linked Paypal account is good/healthy/verified, and has all my personal ID registered in it.

Is it possible to simply change the email address used in the Paypal account and link this good Paypal account to another eBay stealth account?

Basically, I'm asking is this Paypal account now no good to use since it was linked to a closed eBay account.

If there is a way to continue using this paypal account, can you please share how I do this?

Finally then, if I open a new Paypal account is it safe to link again the same bank account for withdrawals I used previously?

Or would eBay, who closed my TRS eBay account, detect somehow that although this is a new Paypal account, there is the same bank account used for the eBay account they suspended?

Everything needs to be new

Nothing can be resumed

Yes you can do that. What I tend to do when the Paypal dies, is add another fresh Paypal but instead of linking the Ebay and the Paypal together, I just add the new email address in the payment box on the Ebay listing

Presumably the name on the bank account does not need to match the name on the stealth paypal account then?

However, I expected it would need to match.

With most banks, a mismatch in names doesn't pose an issue.

Just make sure bank is used solely for withdrawing to.

Mismatching is totally fine with most banks
