I think ebay would treat that as a separate account / business.

I also get the feeling your not just talking about USER ID when you refer to business name, I may be mistaken. If you're referring to the details, i.e. name / address, then most definitely no, you cannot reuse. It will be a very quick suspension.



Ideally you want everything to be different. The more different, the better. :)
