moved address, new account

was banned from ebay at old house, Moved house, new account, bank account, phone number etc, email addy etc, all my own details, been running a new account it seems to have worked ok, i used to sell music playlists on dvd on banned account, if i now start selling e-books on dvdr from this new account but with different listing styles etc, should it be ok?, ( i was banned jst because of poor selling feedback which i wont allow to happen now )

It's always best practise to use 100% fresh information when creating accounts, even your name. But how far away did you move? If it was to a different county then you *might* be ok but it's not advisable.

The problem will always be that however far you move your name and DOB will be the same and that can always lead to a link

RE the items. I dont see an issue with it although eBay may not like the items themselves

If I was in your position, i'd use that account solely for buying. eBay are very lenient in this regard and wont limit you.

For selling, I would stick to stealth accounts.
