Can PayPal Reverse a Purchase ?
 

Hi, there

quick question:

my ebay account has got closed, but my paypal is still open, with funds inside.

if i withdraw it i know theres a good chance it will trigger a paypal limited alert and not complete withdrawal successfully(past experience, sometimes it withdraws, sometimes it gets limited.).

if i choose to purchase something from a shop(JD, any clothing retailer) using my paypal funds can this be reversed once its done or not? just wanted to know this and also if i get the item i choose to purchase sent to my real address (not stealth address) can Paypal see the address ive asked the retailer to ship too?

That can just as easily trigger a limitation.
And any payment can be reversed - this sort of payment can be reversed by the merchant as well.

I've had my pp still work without problems for payment and withdrawals, even when an eb goes down.

@OP, your pp all verified up and confirmed?

Withdrawals, payment sending, buying something, can all limit you

once the payment is shown as COMPLETED to a merchant (retail shop i.e. jd, house of fraser or whatever) it cannot be reversed though am i correct?

Paypal can reverse payments as and when they see fit. Whilst it's unlikely they would reverse it, it's not impossible. One circumstance where they would reverse a transaction is where fraud is suspected.
