Error code 70297 preventing ebay sales
 

Just recently on my stealth account paypal took an automatic payment for ebay fees, ever since then buyers trying to purchase my items face this @the seller can't accept payments right now error code 70297.
After the usual back and forth to ebay & paypal, who both blamed each other, I noticed my paypal account had become unlinked to ebay, I eventually re-linked it but the problem still occurs. After 2 weeks of this I'm awaiting the latest ebay investigation. Suddenly my ebay account is now saying fee balance unavailable too.
Anyway, not too sure if this is to do with it being stealth etc, I have no vpn currently.

Your thoughts on how this can be rectified would be appreciated,

Paypal is verified with bank account? Confirmed with credit card?

Creating a new PayPal may causes linked information with previous one. Am I correct?

can you have a paypal account with a diff name linked to your ebay account?

Error codes starting with "70" tend to be issues with PayPal's side of things (more often than not).

same old story, ebay blame paypal, paypal say it's ebay, so what can i do, I now have to buy another account, it's a ball ache
