Pay negative Paypal Balance / type of card?

I have a PayPal account that I can no longer access due to it having a £29 negative balance (180 days old).

I have spoken to PayPal & they have told me they'll remove the lock once I've manually paid over the phone, the issue I have is as its a stealth account where do I get a card that matches the stealth name & address?

You can pop over to supermarkets like Morrisons and pick up a Mastercard / Visa gift card. Register it under stealth details and you're good to go.

Erm.. the cards can only be purchased in person at the store. Very few offer VCCs, and whether they offer custom amounts on the card, you'll need to ask the seller directly.
