i just did a google. ended up with entropy... and this one
it gives you vcc's. but no account number and sort code.
still might be good for buying?

From the top of my head its an AVS card, so it'll only work with a PayPal thats under your address (i.e. wont work with a stealth paypal).

You also cannot register it under a stealth address, because to get a VCC you need to verify your identity/address.

I can't imagine that is what you were after?

The cards generated are also one time use only. They are not reloadable.

Used them years ago and they let me down big time. I saw these days they have virtual cards yes

Whoever is going to create ecopayz account, don't hold any money there - you have been warned because they will block your account when they get a chance and you will not be able to withdraw any funds (talking from my own experience). If you don't believe me check the horror stories on trustpilot.
