Is this good news?

Got this from Paypal after adding and verifying my Bank Account under Stealth:

Congratulations! Your withdrawal limits have now been lifted. You can now withdraw unlimited funds from your Paypal account.

By the way, I used a basic Nationwide Account

That's what happens when you verify your PayPal.

When its not verified you have a monthly sending/receiving limit (£500 from memory)

So how much will my receiving limit be? or is that determined when I add my VCC?

Receiving limit will be 2500 EU a year

That is only removed when you provide the documents to remove it
