Where to get Red/Grey Visa Gift Cards in UK?
 

Hi all,

I've been using the Go Spendit Visa Gift Cards (UK), which I used to get from Tesco. These were the Grey Cards which came in a Red pack. However unfortunately Tesco don't seem to sell them anymore, atleast not near me. I've tried a few different ones from Asda and Morrisons, but these do not work. Anyone know where to get these Red/Grey ones from?

Any reason you're after those specific ones? There are others that work fine too.

The cards from Morrison’s work very well for me

I'd try any that are known to work. However I have wasted quite a few quid on ones which didn't. I've tried the Go Spendit one from Morrisons which comes in the green and yellow pack (grey card) but no good...

Tesco took the cards off the stand when I went to buy one a few months ago as they would not scan. They didn't know why and said they would have to ask the merchandiser. I went to Morrison and got theirs. Worked fine.

After a few months they have now got them back on the stand. I have not needed to get one yet though so don't know if they will scan at the till.

Wilko also sells cards too and again, I have used them without problem.

Most the time the cashiers don’t know how to scan them correctly

You have to tear the label off the back and scan the code under that

Yeah I was forever telling them to tear off the strip on the back. Which ones do you actually use, you guys? Or is it generally just any of them? Don't know why I've had so many not work
