| | | beckywilky | 06-30-2018 11:07 AM | Life expectancy of a Stealth Account Hi All,
I unfortunately lost my main business account in April 2018 and started using a stealth account beginning of May 2018.
I am just wondering what are your experiences and longevity of a stealth account?
As of today my Paypal stealth account is now limited with Medium impact, they are asking for proof of address as well as a photo ID. I can still receive an withdraw money but after searching I am unsure how long this limit will last until the paypal is eventually fried. I have read that people are using it with this limit for 6months + while others are gone within 14 days.
I paid £250 for a stealth ebay and paypal account. I have used IP burger VPN on a fresh dedicated IP and followed all of the stealth instructions set out. I've only sold £950 in the past 30 days which is a fraction of what I have heard people using stealth accounts for.
Is it common practice for stealth accounts only to last 6/7 weeks? It's not fully limited yet but I expect it will be. I'm just not sure I can justify £250 every 6 weeks to keep my small part-time business running. Any help would be appreciated. |

It sounds like you have been hit with an EU limit. They are pretty easy to get removed. Just PM the seller that provided the account and they will be able to help you |

mmmbop | 06-30-2018 11:13 AM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account £250? You should of really got the ID with that account, or at least of had the EU limits removed already. Go back and speak to the person that sold it to you. |
just_smile | 06-30-2018 11:19 AM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account Post the limitation email here, it may to be do with your items or it may be an early eu limits limitation.
What are they asking for the in resolution centre?
To answer your question I still have my very first steath, opened in 2012. I have plenty of accounts still going from around that time. You just need to push through the cap at the start of an account (eu limits, starting slowly etc) |

JohnWall | 06-30-2018 11:51 AM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account You shouldn't really be selling £950 in 30 days on a brand new account. EU limits are easy to get lifted but you should get a couple more accounts & spread the sales between them |
just_smile | 06-30-2018 11:59 AM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account That's the EU limits then. You need to remove these limits by supplying what they are asking for in the resolution centre.
Its by no means guaranteed to be removed, they can permanently limit the account if they suspect anything.
That's why it's a good idea to have multiple accounts going, in case you lose an account. |

That's why it's a good idea to have multiple accounts going, in case you lose an account. | The account I bought said all limits automatically removed and was more expensive than the one that didn't have the EU limits removed so thought that was included it surely looked like it was for the price.. and didn't expect this issue to arise at all. The equivalent with no EU limits removed is £70 cheaper too so don't think I got my monies worth.
I have no photo ID for the account so unless the seller supplies it this account is dead I will look to buy another one from someone else and start again where everything is actually verified! |
aspkin | 06-30-2018 12:26 PM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account Send JamesNorth a PM.
As far as how long accounts last... they can last forever.
I have accounts that are several years old being used everyday.
It's how you use the account and how it's setup.
Stealth is not just a bandaid. It can be a long lasting solution. |
just_smile | 06-30-2018 12:27 PM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account You will need to speak to Jamesnorth101 about what exactly you have bought and what you should have received. |
dallis | 06-30-2018 04:01 PM | Re: Life expectancy of a Stealth Account My first batch was made in 2011 and about 70% are still in use. I did lose a few due to the learning curve, but I am selling on the rest of them every day. |

You'll lose a few accounts in the beginning as its a learning curve. But when you realise that following the stealth guide to the T is the best way forward (and cutting corners isn't), you'll have the accounts last forever....literally .
I've still got accounts that are nearly as old as how long i've been on this forum. That says it all really... :) |

Its more expensive because all the things you need to remove the EU limits are included for you :thumb:
Just to note you also didnt pay £250 for the account. |
