I know the security questions. They are not asking security questions. They are asking me for the eBay username of another account that is tied to the address.

I've been doing this for years and I've never come across this.

Problem solved. That's a new one for me. If eBay are starting to ask questions about other accounts registered at the address things could be about to get a lot harder. I know they've started to use credit referencing companies to confirm if someone lives at said address when opening business accounts over the last month or so, looks like a security update.

Did you not keep a note of the security answers, and details you used to make the account?

This is a difficult conundrum to overcome. I can't imagine it going down well if you call in to say you've forgotten the security answers. You'll need a better excuse than that.

For the third time.

I have the security questions and the answers. I made the account.

They asked me to name another eBay account that is tied to the address.

It would be impossible to know that without going to the address and asking the people who live there.

I have solved the problem but it has highlighted the fact that this is something eBay are now asking people as an extra level of security. I imagine that anyone who uses random address to open stealth accounts is going to start to run in to this problem in the near future.

If you have gone through 1000's of accounts you really need to work out why....

I sell a lot on eBay but have only ever needed 20 or so working in rotation in the last 5 years

These Q&A are really helpful. I have just read through the stealth guide. There are two things I don't understand.

You mentioned that VCC is not needed, however in the guide it suggests to use it for verify the PayPal account. So my question is how can I verify the PayPal without a credit card added?

My second question is regarding not over £7k a month, do you mean it's a business account or a personal account? How you manage the 10 stealth to rotate, do I need to register 10 limited companies? If so, each company need to do tax return, how can you combine them into one company?

So a VCC will confirm an account

A bank account will verify it :)

RE the £7k. That is the limit to avoid the VAT trigger

You can run 10 accounts each seperately and then for the sales of taxes pretend they are all on a single account through a single Ltd accounts

That is quite interesting and worrying at the same time.

If one was to open an ebay stealth account using an address that they do not have access to (but the address is a real valid UK address) but not knowing to the stealth account holder, the actual owners of the property also open or have an existing eBay account, how would that work for the stealth account holder?

In your case harrykaneschin, what did you actually do to solve the issue?

I would understand if you don't want to comment openly but if you could at least PM me that would be great as I'm about to start my journey with Stealth accounts and need to create couple accounts using a valid UK address.

Hey James. Is it ok to have a legit LTD in UK and run 10 stores and gather your funds to your bank? Ok you get 10 different bank accounts (easy in revolut business) , but as a scheme is ok when it comes to tax?

I guess you declare funds incoming to bank as "commissions" from customers or something, or you pretend the funds come you your own paypal accounts?

Will be asking my accountant the same thing at the end of the month if I am not allowed to do it like that I will have to dissolve my company as ebay was my only source for trading. My business doesn't work on any other platform.

I plan on running 1 stealth at first, when I get the hang of it and if that goes well for 6 months or so I am going to open another 2.

All the income coming in to the bank accounts created for paypal stealth accounts will get transferred to my LTD business bank account.

Print/save all sales receipts in the stealth paypals showing the buyers address.

Keep the bank accounts clean and uncontaminated so you only see the withdrawals from the stealth paypals. Print off monthly statements from paypal as well.

And obviously have invoices of where you buy your stock. And receipts for expenses/costs.

If you do all that I don't see why our accountants should have any issues. But I will confirm in a few weeks time.

Does Revoult or payoneer work with UK paypal? I tried transferwise, but paypal rejected the account. Name mismatch is an issue on those 2?

Hi, Guys. Does anyone knows if a Ebay account is burned but Pay Pal is operational, can we use that PayPal on another platform?

If YES, does the registration in the new platform needs to be the same as the one used in ebay before closing so it corresponds with pay pal info?

I have a question . if you have a LTD company , should you open another LTD ,

or will 1 LTD company with 2 different trading addresses not stop the ebay account getting limited?

Hi, I’ve read the stealth guide but I’m slightly unsure on how I would go about running a purchased PP + EB account. Mainly about the details used.

What would I need to change and what should I keep the same?
I know changing too much is a red flag, so just want to know which changes are necessary. Obviously adding a bank acc + CC to replace VCC.

1) Should I change the address? (how would I deal with returns otherwise?)
2) I read a post about not deleting details but just adding the new one if possible?
3) Anything else I need to change or ensure I keep the same?

Also are these changes for both PP+EB or just PP/EB?
