ebay are pinalising you now for adding tracking information, better to not add tracking information. They are using it against you.

If your item was dispatched and scanned on time but was delivered late your not at fault call eBay and they will remove any defect.

I use click and drop, on monday click and drop wasnt even working, they have accused me of sending 65 items late , which i have spoken to them about.

my seller rating at next evaluation has dropped a level from top rated now. Hopefully they will rectify it.

Well, not adding Tracking, means you lose Premium Seller Status on anything above a score.

And yes, before that, when I mailed a day later (but upgraded to 1st class to compensate) I always avoided putting in tracking for that automatic defect. Got me out of a similar scenario as you pretty quickly...but sadly with the new metric, that will still work, but ill lose Premium Status.

It's literally a butt f**k whatever you do!

Tracking is added automatically through click and drop , so I dont have control over it.

its getting silly, better practice = harsher punishments, think I am done with all this now, no amount of money can be of any good if it compromises your state of mind and health.

Because this is not healthy , time to down scale I think.

Just for adding tracking ebay should reward you, considering how many sellers do not.
I have pick up everyday , post every day, yet i am being penalised for improving my business practice.

Yes you do have control.

You can tick the box on Click and Drop to say do not upload tracking automatically.

Then you can feather the ones you want to add tracking too and the ones you dont.

Bare in mind you will lose TRS/Premium now if you dont upload tracking to everything over £20 and it being posted same day.

I completely agree - better customer service can often mean you are a bad seller in the eyes of the eBay Corporate engine. Personally, the last year has been the worst of all time for screwing sellers I feel.

I agree, the stress eBay creates on a small business person is immense.

This is entirely under your control. Use a third party service and upload the tracking yourself within the required timeframe.

You can't trust EB to do anything they say they will. Letting them handle the tracking invites them to beat you up and steal from you.

I think its now under the Misc tab, just go through each one and you'll find it, something like 'automatically upload dispatch'

its ok , i found it, I have also got ebay to remove the defects that was harming my seller rating, at 1.2 now, but there are still more i can get removed, and will get removed, has taken a lot of head banging, but got there in the end, best to ring, as emails just go to india, and they are useless.
