No idea.... I am not that upto date on copy right laws. I know that any original work copyright does expire after a set amount of time though (unless your Disney then its for in perpetuity)

What the law is and how it's enforced are two different things. Infringing a copyright doesn't mean anything until you start taking money out of their pockets.

His title is very vague, so eBay bots haven't spotted it.

Had he put words like "beatles" and "elvis presley" into his title, I think it would of been reviewed and taken down by now.

Those words are actually in the titles.
