Enjoy...can be weeks and weeks waiting for them to process. You're more than likely going to get a customs charge, which is normally the delay processing and pricing.

Sadly, you cant eat contact them either.

Try to use a courier that converts to Parcelforce next time , they normally process charging within a week.

what are you receiving, if they think its hooky they may send it the companies copyright guys to check over, it could then be destoyed.. 7 days is not normal for customs..
