If Ltd is banned, all directors and owners are banned?
 

If business account is banned, all directors and owners are banned? Can I continue selling with this business just make accounts under other director name and address? maybe change business reg. address too? Or maybe make new business owned by same people and use not my name (as it is in ebay and paypal) and start selling?

You're making it more complicated than it needs to be. You can't reuse any info. Period.

So a different LLC, name, address, phone number and bank account are fine.

Different name and same anything else, no.

I dont think eBay keep a log of the names of the other directors unless you gave the details to them at time of registration. Of course this is public information, but I dont think they look into it that much, unless its a manual review.

But this is all conjecture, I dont know for certain. My advice would be to go the stealth route to reduce any risks of suspension later on down the line.
