Paypal second debit card with the same bank
 
Hi, I have two accounts with halifax bank of course I get 2 debits cards as well. Can I add my second debit card that I never used to my new Paypal account ? Both cards have the same holder name and billing address but numbers like account number, sort code, ccv are different.

You might have an issue because of the billing address. If the card is subject to AVS (address Verification System) it means the address on the accounts will be the same - which will get them linked.

Nope. Simply because you would have added the first card to your previous (possibly suspended) paypal account.

Whilst this new card will have a new number, it will share the same billing address.

When you add a card to PP the billing address needs to often times match. In this case it will fail.

Just add the bank account, sort code + account number and withdraw to it like normal.

Don't bother adding the card, there's no reason to.
