Help me please, Urgent!!!
 

Hi guys,

Situation: I was dropshipping. I made mistake. I have about 1k minus in paypal and I need to pay 2K to ebay. Milion cancelled orders :( I have only 1K money. I have to pay Ebay until end of next month so:
1.)maybe I can cover Ebay fees in time and let paypal wait 2-3 months or
2.) I can cover paypal and Ebay later.
I have LTD with friend. All accounts are on my name. Turn over last month 23K so I sent them everything they asked me.

My Guess: Ebay will Ban me anyway, I am not able to deal with defect, a lot of lates and cancelled items. But the problem appeared only last week of selling. Over 1 year I was good. So maybe little chance to not be banned for life. If I will pay to Paypal, I will be OK with them.

IMPORTANT Guess: Ebay has only my details? (I'm not sure about this), so if LTD will be banned for life only I will be banned and partner will be OK. Paypal has ID's from both of us.

SOLUTION: I will pay to paypal, make new LTD with friend, put his name into Ebay, we will go stealth so they wont link us with old company and we are good to go.

Am I right? If not can You help what to do? I'm not sure (I dont remember) if it was only me sending ID to Ebay or if my partner sent it too :(

Umm... what is your question exactly? =P

If all you want is to create a new ebay account to get back in business, the ebay stealth has outlined what needs to be done.

Best to avoid using any old info then - learn stealth and make new unlinked accounts :thumb:

Sorry, I'm little panicking last days :D

My question is, Am I right?
1.) Ebay has only my name so if we make new company and put friends name for ebay and go stealth we are OK.
2.) Paypal limited 10% for 45 days. Are They OK if we open new paypal account with friends name and under new business?
3.) After old company will be banned. New paypal will not link us? as paypal will have ID's?
4.) Basically, I dont have to stay under the radar? as I can provide all documents

I'm afraid I have an error in logic.

1) Dont use friends name - could cause problems - learn true stealth, no real names used
2) But that friends name was used on an old pp account differently, no?
3) Paypal can link you if you DO NOT FOLLOW GOOD STEALTH TECHNIQUES
4) Staying under radar is ALWAYS smart.

5) This is not an "urgent" case - relax :)

1. Just make up a name.
2. using a new business is better.
3. Nope.
4. make sure you follow and UNDERSTAND the ebay stealth on how things work.

I suggest make a couple of back up accounts to practice with before making an account with your new documents. Judging on your questions, this is the best advice I can give you
