eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Buyers cant pay on .com but can on .co.uk?

i recently listed on .com (past 24 hours) and my buyers are complaining of this error

but on .co.uk orders go through fine as normal.

its a legit account from 2012, recently unrestricted from selling

"I think" you need to add the USD currency to your PayPal account.

Quick google search should point you in the right direction.
