Global seller dashboard
 

I am a uk seller and my uk performance is fine. But I recently looked at my global performance and I have got 2 defects. !! Which I didn’t know I had. I have won all my cases. Am apparently one defect away from going into below standard. My question is will this effect my account in way of mines a uk account and my uk performance is fine. Will I also endure a 4% penalty aswell ?? Am coming to phone ebay in morning for advice. But why on here is appreciated

Closed without seller resolution. When the only 2 cases I can remember they where closed in my favour cause they didn’t provide tracking for a return.

If you're going to call in anyway you might as well ask what those two defects are about, and if there's any possibility of having them removed. The Global dashboard can be brutal for sellers who don't do many international sales.

I don't think going below standard on "Global" is going to kill your account if you're still above standard or top rated in your home country.

Check detailed defect rate in Global Dashboard and you can see the specific transactions that are defective. I have such records over a year ago.

You can sell in UK with no issues, imo.
