Could PayPal link a Business Account with Limitation to a Personal Account
 

Dear all.

First time poster- hope you can help.

We have a business PayPal account (limited company) in my wife's name which has been limited and it looks pretty serious. It's going to cause a lot of issues.

I personally have a personal account. We are both working from home on the same IP address etc.
I should note that the business account is under the business address (separate). Home address on account holder (wife) is the same as mine.

Could they link the two?

My thought was that because the business account is a limited company, there is nothing to pursue my personal account for? :confused:

It's possible but I don't think you'll be linked. You would probably be surprised how lenient they are with IP's now that almost everyone is using some kind of shared IP.

If you start receiving payments on your personal account now that your business account is limited, that would probably cause a link.
