Hi Just wondering is it normal for pay after delivery to appear
On an stealth PayPal account?

Yes its normal. Happens when you have a good track record with paypal.

This is a PayPal uk account does any one know how much is the max you can use on the pay after delivery?

It’s a strong account so I have no intention using it but if I was to use it to purchase stock what’s the limit?

Personally I always use tracking but you really should be able to continue business as usual. If they had not told you for taking before the delivery so you can pay after delivery.Its a general thing. Here’s a very good customer helpline where you can ask your query and do complaints.
