Best way to get a return address
 

What's the best cheapest way to get a return address for UK?

Currently I was using someone who did me a favour.
But returns are too much.

I've looked at all options.
The best and maybe cheapest option is a PO Box address from Royal Mail.

Cost is £267 per year.

Are there any other options I should consider?

Are eBay/Paypal ok with Postal Box addresses now? They didnt used to be.

The advice I have found is yes, OK.
Read Royal Mail website and they will tell you it looks more professional. :)

Depending on how many returns you get, there are PAYG options out there that may work out cheaper for you.

Also bear in mind, if returns are a rare occurrence in your line of business, and the goods aren't all that expensive, you could just tell the buyer to keep it and refund them.

It all comes down to your business model though.

so that's where i would disagree.
you should ALWAYS accept returns.
else there's a chance you get *ssholes take you for a free ride.
they tell their freinds and they tell their friends.
maybe i'm being cynical :)

royal mail was the cheapest option. i couldn't get a better price anywhere else.
so much so... i'm going to setup offering the same return service for sellers. :)

Yes for returns you cannot go Wrong with Royal Mail I think they have 2 options 1 where you collect your mail and the other is they deliver anything from you P.O. Box add to your designated address and yes Royal Mail are by far the cheapest for PO BOX ADDRESES
