Q: How to create proper Stealh Accounts
 

Hi guys. I am thinking of creating few stealh eBay and Paypal accounts in UK. Let me mention I live outside UK.
I have read stealht book few years ago, but I have few unanswered questions tho, and your input would be appreciated:
1. How to obtain UK phone numbers, do I have to buy regular SIM cards and get them shipped over to my address, or there are some online solutions to verify phone numbers? I have found some, but don't know if they are trustworthy.
2. Since I am not in Uk, but want to creat UK accounts, how would I get UK IP addresses which wont get me in troubles? I am aware of VPN services like one fron 24vc.com (which I use on my established accounts), but this time I would like to avoid paying for it at least at beggining of my stealh accounts life circle. Is proxy maybe a solution, if so, which one?
3. Is is better to open personal or business acount – which one will give me bigger initial selling limits and how to increase them safely but speedy if possible?
4. How to you get initial feedbacks – you just purchase low value items and get automatic feedbacks, or is there any other safe way?
5. VCC – is it really needed? I have different experiences, heard different stories. If yes, which one do you recommend, and which to avoid ( I am aware of entropay only atm).
6. ID/Drives licence/passport verification, which one is better if any? How to get/make them, do they do some face/picture/document number control or you just play with your info on it? Do you have some templates or?

1 - Soho can work for a number

2 - You need to use a decent VPN. Your not going to get anything good for free

3 - Personaly then upgreade to bussiness later is what most people do

4 - Sell stuff is the best thing

5 - Ideally yes for the payment method on EB when linking to PP

6 - Need to get to that stage then ask around

You really should look at reading over the UK FAQ as well as the stealth guide. There are a few extra things you need to take into account

Buy the stealth guide best money iv ever spent,.. Read it over and over again until it all sinks in ...I didnt start to create an acount for a month ,,until i knew what to do by heart .Because im not very good at computers ....Even after that,, i must have don something wrong because i lost one account ,.it must have got linked some where

You can use a landline number without an issue for eBay

1. Ship mobile sim cards to your address, easiest way imo.

2. Don't be afraid to experiment with ips

3. Most people build the account as a personal account for the free listings then switch to business once you start to ramp up sales

4. Purchasing items is a pretty good way to get feedback, just don't over do it.

5. Vcc is needed these days

6. Try contacting any uk seller in the marketplace if you don't know how to get around this.

1. You can either ship sim cards or use online services for sms verification.
2. I think better use mobile tethering (if you will ship sim cards) OR SSH, not VPN
3. For sure they can and WILL check documents. Thats why better use at least real data AND think about not only photoshоp-editеd docs, but photo-printed ones.

For Phone numbers, regular sims are the safest option.

For your IP;

When I used my mobile data ( Three Network ) in France, Spain i'm from UK it still gave me a UK IP address. I used this to run my stealth's while in Europe. I assume the same might be apply to Ireland.

So if you can get a three sim shipped to you, you can do a web-top up online and use upto 12GB of data with their EU roaming. Which I always found was enough for running my accounts while abroad.

You can use the usual method of tethering and logging IP's on a spreadsheet then.

You need to fully verify your account to safely sell, bank account and VCC. Otherwise you are likely to get limited on PayPal.

I would get a VCC from the marketplace as these will be the safest, a bad VCC can trigger limitation after your first sale. Also look at getting a UK Bank account.

I would not worry about documentation until you hit the EU receiving limit, which prompts at 1.8k Euros out of 2.5k euros. Driving licensee and Utility Bill.

For feedback, i usually buy a few cheap physical items each week.

So the limit is 1.8k Euros? What if I receive each month 1K on my PP?

Will it still hit me?
