Question regarding Buying Ebay/Paypal with Limits
 

Hello,

I am planning to purchase account .. ! have following questions ..

1. if i buy 10/650 account from any seller .. is that account will remain like that forever ? or it will progress with time once i start making sells. ?? limits going to be increased as good transactions with time ? or i will be stuck with 10/650 for ever ? also this limit is monthly or yearly ?

2. these paypal accounts are verified to send funds out to another country ..?

3. is there a difference in USA or UK ebay/paypal accounts in terms of verification. i see guys selling verified USA account does that mean i can buy them start selling

4. what is EU limits ? some sellers ask for 40 pounds to remove that .?

sorry for all the questions . i am new to all this .. !

1. No. you can either ask for a limit increase after a set amount of time and you hit the limit or let it raise on its own.

2. You have to ask your seller about that.

3. Yes. You talk to your seller about this.

1. Limit increases will come naturally. And usually quickly. You can also useove chat to contact then for a raise.

2. You can send funds to any PayPal account, any country.

3. The US and UK are very different.

4. EU limits applies to all EU country accounts. Once you receive around €2000 you are asked to verify your identity.

1 more query ... verified paypal account can send funds to friends and family in another country using paypal - balance ?

suppose i get stealth ebay+paypal started to make some bucks.. i need to send some funds to bank account in Germany ? possible ?

You can send as friends and family to other accounts. Sometimes paypal put a block on sending funds when the account is new. They may limit how much you can send. If you take it slow and steady as you're supposed to that shouldn't be a problem.

If you have a German bank account you want to use a PayPal that accept German bank accounts.

Short term yes you can send funds F&F but long term it can cause issues if its your only way to cash out.
