Withdraw USD Paypal sent EUR
 

I always withdraw USD to my bulgarian bank account. But for the last withdraw (2 days ago), I've received two emails from paypal. First one was for the USD sum and another one for EUR withdraw - same sum but in EUR.
My bank account is in bulgarian leva, so paypal first take taxes for USD-EUR exchange and then my bank for EUR-LV. Is there somethink new, like - paypal exchange currency depending seller location?

recently you can use money in your account in currency you earn ,is your account in eur or usd?

I have both - GBP and USD. Customers from ebay.com pay with USD, from EU with GBP (I'm using ebay.co.uk for selling). But my sells in US are more than EU and I'm using GBP to pay all ebay texes.

Customers from Germany pay with GBP too, may be because my items are selling via ebay UK.

Sometimes there is an issue when PayPal detects the currency of the receiving account incorrectly. In this case you need to call PP and ask them to set the currency of the receiving account manually, in your case - to USD, so PP will not force USD -> EUR conversion during withdrawals. I also have an issue when PP wants to charge my EUR account in GBP just because bank is in UK, while the account itself is in EUR.

so converting from these both have currency exchange rate and fee it is normal
