Issues with linking paypal to ebay for pre-aproved payments
 

Hi People,

Well I’ve been stealthing for 2 years now, I currently have just under 50 accounts I’ve recently deceided to make some more back up accounts however when I go to link my PayPal to eBay through PayPal I get this error message below;

“We’re sorry. We weren’t able to setup pre-approved payments at this time. Please try again later”

So I’ve called PayPal and was put through to a specialist team who then put me on hold and advised that the reason it’s doing this is because i’m Using a VPN which is bouncing back ip’s and then the security system is picking up on this and that’s why your unable to link the account for pre-approved payments.

So I’m using a IPBurger VPN never had these issues before and my questions is 1. Obviously they can see your using a VPN is this possible?
2. Is there a work around so that I can link for PayPal to eBay for pre-approved payments?

I don't know about you mate, but pretty sure 70% here uses IPBurger VPN and doesn't have any problems including me.

I don't use VPNs. As I am based in the UK there are so many better and cheaper options available.

My advise to the OP is purely based on what Paypal told him was causing the issue.

Not sure where you are pulling your statistics from either......
