Iv never had that before on new accounts its usually PP that holds money for 21 days Not ebay ...or am i wrong

It's usually EB. PP is known to do it also.

It's normal, get used to it, it's going to be a while and quite a few sales before they stop doing it.

And they can restart the holds at any time.

Yep, it's absolutely normal.

If you ship fast and get positive feedback, they'll usually remove the hold after a week or 2.

So be vigilant with your business and customer service

I have got a more mature account and paypal have promised me they will not hold money any more. Not sure if i believe them

PayPal may well not, but eBay can still request the holds

Its definitely new on UK accounts, unless anyone else has noticed it before?

I've only started noticing its ebay holding the funds since a few months ago.

Standard procedure 21 day holds, funds usually released within 3 days if tracking is uploaded and indicates delivered if no tracking is provided then funds will remain on hold for the full 21 days and then released if no issues arise.
