Lifting Limits
 

When I click on "view limits" and tick the box to lift, in the table which tells you what you have to do it says all are completed, in the confirm your information box it is ticked, but on the side it says "We were unable to confirm the information you provided".

There doesnt seem to be anything I can do, what should I do, I will hit the £1700 in no time at all, should I just forget this account now?

no, its ok, did you get an email at all? It may be to do with phone verification not working and you will get the code by post. The other time you get that message is if its a business account and they run your business info through a known database and cant find you...that doesnt mean you cant get lifted you might just need further id.

So if they havent lifted limits and youve had no emails, you will need to contact them and see what they need.
