Problem of withdrawing money from stealth Paypal after 180 days restriction!

Hello, I have a stealth account in Paypal which was limited to 180 days. Now it's out but I do not know how to withdraw my money after they forbid to always use this account. I can not make payments or send to a friend. The only thing I can do is attach a bank account, but how can it happen if the names and address are ⊗⊗⊗⊗? What are my options?

Adding a bank account is the only option. Mismatch of names isn't a big deal.

Add a bank and withdraw to it! Withdraw the whole amount if it lets you.

You just add the account number and sort code on PayPal, nothing else.
