eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Prrof request from ebay

Hi

Ebay have asked for :

1) Proof of the name and address you have on file with us
2) Proof of ownership for all the items you listed recently - a receipt, bill of sale or agreement with your supplier.

Now I have ID but I don't have invoices, could I just create one and use that?

I buy items from storage units 'as seen' it does not have a breakdown of each item

Do you know if they would want to contact the company? if not I can create my own

It might be better to call them up and try explaining how you get your inventory rather than creating a phake invoice.

Sometimes phake docs work much better, as they tend to have their brains damaged while trying to understand a legit business, while understanding an invoice is much easier.

Assuming the item is 2nd hand and not a risky product you can just speak to them as normal human beings and sometimes they can be quite helpful. :)

I had different occasions... on one a very shady item but with perfect and phake docs was selling perfectly. On the other, a real legit but somehow risky item was selling as is, without docs, and got limited.

I think he meant no docs were submitted at all on the 2nd (legit/not shady) item, while phake docs were submitted for the first (phake/shady) item.

hmm.. I wonder what route the OP took. Hope they come back to update us.

Sent an invoice that I created myself and they said I was perma banned so tough ****

I had the same. Sent them a pile of super-quality invoices, and got banned. Their reason was - "you sell too risky items, and we are not able to check your invoices". So they somehow ask for information they are not able to check.
