Issue with Documents
Hello everyone,
I am really in a bad situation and I wish someone could help. In the past My account was limited for 180 days. I still used to live in Scotland. 5 months ago, I have returned back to my country Czech Republic. It has already been more than 180 days so I have tried to withdraw money. First I sent them driving licence and proof of address. They did not like it, I was not sure but then I have found a wrong date of birth. So I have paid for a new documents, for a passport and better proof of address. I have received a reply from paypal that they cannot accept my documents. Everything is same and does match with paypal account holder. Older paypal account, which was limited too, I have had not any issue with withdrawing. I did withdraw. I did withdraw without problem. I have almost 3000 pounds there, I don’t wanna loose them. Is there any chance how to withdraw money? Thank you.
Dear Xxxxxxx,
Thanks for contacting PayPal regarding funds release.
Unfortunately, the documents we received could not be accepted. To withdraw your funds, please send us a valid document.
You need to provide the following documents:
- A copy of a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's licence (the plastic card, not the official letter).
- A proof of address. As proof of address we'll accept a copy of a utility bill (such as a phone, broadband, health insurance, gas, water or electricity), an official government or tax related letter, or any bank or credit card statement. The document must show your full name and address as they appear on your PayPal account and cannot be older than 12 months. The document must be fully legible.
