Christmas culling
 

And so it begins.........Rights owners or those they have employed,begin to show up , always around this time of year, destroying peoples livelihoods , even though there are people still left selling the same goods, but are no threat because of the limited volume.

Worried about my account right about now .

Had a seven day ban yesterday, got it removed, still had some of other listings up, same has happened again today.

Next time will be 30 days

Cant afford to remove the items right now . To be more specific, I have removed some of the rights owners brand, however not all, i removed the ones that were being targeted. But i have products from the same brand too.

If I get another one for 30 days, will have to remove them .

Bad dilemma , lead up to xmas.

Right. This will always be a problem if you're selling phakes or items you aren't authorized to sell. Manufacturers don't like to lose out on Christmas sales.

My goods are not f***, i dont have the right to sell them from the brand owner, however the brand owner , for me, gave up those rights when he gave the product to a 3rd party.
The rights owner has no rights to the product if he has given up his right to own the product. Otherwise they should not distribute the product if they do not want other people selling it.

That sucks.

If I was in that position, I'd spread sales over multiple accounts to get rid of the stock slowly.

Hopefully you don't have too much of this inventory.

Well this is the problem, there is no way to know until a rights owner comes along and asks ebay to remove it. For some reason , ebay see this as a punishable offence from the off. You get a 7 day ban, would be fair, if you did it again, knowing you shouldnt, but that wouldnt draconian , and that is how they operate.

The worst part is , my account is 8 years old, i sell goods every day , steady sales, fly by nights pop up , couple of hundred feedback, and are untouched, selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

I know I have been targeted because I sell the genuine item, yet i get the take down .
