DHL delay or customs check
 

I'm wondering if my parcel is going through a customs check or it's a DHL delay? I've not had this status before. I've already paid the custom's fee, I rang a DHL worker on their expensive helpline, but she said it'll arrive tomorrow. I rarely believe what they say. The items are none vero branded items totally legit. The only problem I've had before is undervaluation queries, but my supplier did put the valuation up, and previous parcels have gone through OK. To be honest if it’s not VERO or dangerous I wouldn’t worry much just wait and see but keep us updated with the outcome.

The shipment arrived too late to go onto it's scheduled plane. Happens to us like once per week.

It will go onto a plane tomorrow and then tracking will start updating again.

Thanks. I've actually received 100s of parvels from China The worst case scenario is paying extra duty.The reason I ask however , one Winter I ordered £4000 chunky designer jumpers ready for xmas, only for it to get checked in Leipzig, which took 3 months tobe checked and to arrive in the longest hottest Summer we ever had! Random customs checks really cost money either in tax or delays.

Since it went on hold after clearance processing was completed, I'm 99% certain you're good and it will start moving again tomorrow.

But Pharoaz it said it arrived in the East Midlands sort facility and then got held. So it's already in the Uk. according to the tracking anyway

You're in the UK right?

Could just be that it missed it's truck, rather than it's plane.

Yes I'm just hoping it missed it's truck, it's an important selling time as Oct-Nov is 60% my yearly profit. Customs and Ebay's shennigan's have aged me like 10 years. Cant wait for my mortgagge to be paid off so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
