Problem with paypal! What would you do in my situation?

Hello everyone,

I used to have lots of stealth accounts without any problem with withdrawing but this time I do have a problem. I think Paypal does not want to give me my money.

1. Account was opened an year ago.
I have added my money from bank to paypal as I wanted to buy quite expensive staff as my bank has declined paypal paymets all time. (but later I did not buy anything)
After payment paypal requested to send doocuments which I did.
I sent paypal driving licence and proof of address and PAYPAL DID ACCEPT THEM WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM!

2. After some time I have decided to withdraw my money again to my account.
I received an email from paypalElectronic funds transfer declined. I could not withdraw money! Bank account was in my name- never had any problem with withdrawing.. Next day, received email paypal appeal refused.
I was in shock as I did not sell anything, I only put money to paypal account send them documents and they did accept them but after some time when I tried to withdraw money back to account my account was limited and and held for 180 days!!!!! …….. today its almost 9 months …. I did not receive any reply nothing..after some time women from twitter told me maybe I must sent documents as its a normal think to do after 180 days..so I did send them documents again. Same driving licence and a new proof of address … same address of course

this morning I did receive a reply …. paypal appeal refused.. still same **** I did receive a very long time ago. There was also a text that they did not accept documents.. They want a new ones.. What should i do?
Paypal is stealth but I never had any problem with this account.. PLEASE HELP!

Forget Twitter, call customer service and speak to the limitations department.
They cannot hold your funds for longer than 180 days, ESPECIALLY if you have provided your genuine ID.
My guess is that, given you get a competent member of staff - they’ll release the funds almost immediately. If not, call straight back and speak to someone else.

Interesting is that when they wanted to see my documents 8 months Ago they did accept them’. This Time not :-( i think they are playing game with me... should i call uk paypal or USA paypal?

Is It Ok to send paypal another id with different photo ? Passport and dl both photos are not same

Dont do it. No difd pic. Tell them that u dont have another ID. It is more likely that you will need to forget this money.

I have 2 dl same photo and different one. I will try to send them a same one which was in passport but we will see

This is what i received from paypal today.
Did they find out Proof of identity was not real? Or they just did not accept and want another one?
I am really worried.

What is a valid proof of identity?

We accept a copy of:

- Your ID card

- Your driving licence (the plastic card, not the official letter)

- Your Passport

- Other photo ID that was issued by a government body.

how did you email the paypal executive department ?

I have the same issue, passport and ID not accepted after 180 days they say it's invalid (stealth acc). What to do now?

Something has definitely changed in paypal.

Seems like they (gaypal) have a way to cross-check if government issued ID is valid.
Did you use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs?

That's normal.PP is basically E-mafia,not regulated by anybody international with billions so they try all possible.I did recently withdraw nearly £600 from an accout limited three yars ago.Supplied ID but they ignored me so i had to threaten with court and media.
Just remember.
THEY CAN NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY even if the account is stealth.In the court you could even argue that it's your pseudonym.
The only reason they can hold the money is if there's a police investigation involved.
That is the only reason to seize the money.
They just try if you give up.So don't.Chase them threaten them and hold on.

I dont think so.No government is allowed to share docs with any private company.A basic rule of privacy.
Only if you keep one number whole on the same tyme of doc and it was before submitted to a private firm i'm shore some bot will link it
The only factor seems to be quality of the docs.

Did you made it your self?In what quality.I use to make it in gimp print it and rescan as that removes fine traces.I did our national docs and been fine.You must have forgot something.
