PayPal account limited but ebay is fine
 

If your ebay account is ok, and your paypal banned. Can you create another ebay account under the existing good account and use a new paypal account with it (as ebay allows multiple accounts under one).
The reason for this being that I keep my selling history and limits as ebay knows im the same user etc. Or are multiple accounts using same details, but different user id and email (as per ebay requirement), also linked by paypal ?

It's a bad idea to recycle accounts. If one goes down, ditch the pair and start from scratch. Otherwise you risk getting limited again.

P.S. eBay don't really like you having multiple accounts, and in fact when they link you to another account, they'll split the selling limit between the two, so you'll end up with less on each.
