Paypal account: changing names - what's involved?

I have a Paypal account.
I want to change the names and ownership.
What is involved?
Is there anything I need to watch out for?

Im not sure they allow change of ownership, for that I believe they tell you to close and reopen accounts.

Name changes, you'll need the relevant documentation to prove your name has indeed changed. You submit a form on their site.

If its a super minor change, i.e. one or two characters, that can be done with ease online.

That's about it.

Oh... I didn't know that.
The account was made as a business one.
Does that change anything?
Surely the business owner can change?

You can change a single letter if Im not mistaken - at least that's how it is on US based accounts.

I would assume they'll say to close the paypal account, and reopen with the new director(s) information.
