I withrew to my bank 700.and 300 on the same day paypal refused it
 

I still got two lots of 300 in the pending column to withdraw ..They never allow instant transfer with me its always 72 hours thats fine with me .
But this time the refused two withdrawals ..I need that money to buy more stock

Ulster Bank .....do you think the bank refused it ?

Possibly due to a mis match in names, im not sure if ulster is part of NatWest, but my experience with natwest & mismatch names werent good.

I phoned Ulster/Natwest they said thers no reason why it was refused talk to paypal


Ulster used to be part of natwest but they separated

Lots of issues going on with withdrawals and PayPal now

It could well be an issue PayPals end. Has anyone told you its been refused?

Really seems like PP side - I have tested a bit with withdrawing a HSBC UK account of mine that has been smooth and there is a weird delay not on the bank side

Were these withdrawals made between 9th and 11th of November? If so, these are affected by a system issue and were therefore declined.

If not, were the withdrawals refused or reversed? One means the transfer failed technically and the other means it failed because of the security system.

Just withdraw again and if the same thing happens, it could either be something to do with your account or the bank.

It just said refused on paypal and it was put back into my PP account, i thought how did i earn a grand in a day,, but i never they just put it back lol ..Could well be around those dates 11th ,,By the way 300 just got transferd smoothly today to my bank so there must be a glitch on PP
