Adding a card and or bank to a PP

What are you guys experiences with adding neither a card nor a bank and trying to make purchases?

I made a successful purchase recently, but then I tried to order from Banggood and they said something about needing to add a card

I haven't tried often, but when I have it seems to be ok

Having one definitely gives the account a strength boost, and makes transactions go through a lot smoother.

Having both on an account, you'll rarely run into any hiccups.
