suspended on ebay but not paypal. DO i need to buy both?
 

I have been suspended on ebay but not paypal. But I assume i would need to buy a new stealth ebay and paypal in order to avoid being found out eventually (correct me if wrong). My question is, after i have bought the new ebay+paypal, i assume that paypal would have someone else's details. I wanna know if i will be able to add my identity and link my real bank accounts? and how?? if in theory it is already in another persons' name. In addition, i have already another non-suspended paypal with all my details. Does paypal allow to have two accounts for the same person?

You cannot add your identity to a stealth pp - it defeats the purpose of stealth.

Your own bank account can be added under the stealth name of the account since many banks allow deposits in different names to go through.

Recycling accounts, reusing old details to open accounts, are all bad signs. I would read the stealth guide for some guidance. :)
