Paypal Restore access Question
 

I have just created an paypal account listed 2 items on ebay and sold them and I got this from paypal, I have never seen it before is it a new thing for new sellers?

It's a fairly standard limitation where they have concerns about the items being sold.

I have never had it before though, so ebay and paypal both want invoices???

Do you know if they are more flexible then ebay who always say no to me?

Where does it say ebay want the information? What you've posted up is a Paypal limitation notice.........

Chance of restoration depends on a lot of factors. Document quality and what the items are / value of items also plays a big part.

ebay have not, I have only opened the account a week ago and sold 2 items which I have not yet shipped

So if eBay haven't ask for invoices or anything just focus on what PayPal have asked for

You have been through 100 PayPal accounts since April.... thats a lot

PayPal always get a lot stricter towards Christmas

Ok not 100 but about 10-15, I never knew the Christmas thing I may juts have to hold off until the new year

That's still a lot of accounts especially as your items are genuine. Of course, perhaps Paypal are not as trusting as I am. :thumb::FF:

You may still want to try to work out whats causing it

Main reasons tend to be your IP, items your selling or lots of cases getting opened.

IP is fine, I have only sold 2 items and zero cases opened

Yeah after about 15 positive feedback ebay say 'show us invoices' I send them and they say tough we are closing you down.

Then they clearly have concerns over the items' authenticity.

Steer well clear from any branded items, even though they may not necessarily be risky. Especially on the first few items you sell on a new account.

That should reduce the chances of being asked for invoices.
