What's up with this guy?
 
This guy is selling Amazon gift cards, but doesn't send them until 2 months + in the future.

Some scam so people cannot claim their money back?

Sounds like a scam.

Buyers should get their money back via eBay and PayPal buyer protection.

The seller in this case probably plans to spend the funds (after they are released from hold).

Probably didn't read the auctions description. There are always such bidders...

He is offering to post the code straight away so maybe he is simply on holiday or otherwise unable to post until that date. PayPal offer 180 day protection so doesn't sound like a well thought out scam to me.

He is just selling them now to get the money then when he doesnt deliver 2/3 months down the line he will I expect leave PP or EB fitting the bill
