I need your opinion on my account.

I got my account restricted for 4 weeks, 3 weeks ago. I had 2 negatives in 30 days and also 2 open disputes.

I sorted out the disputes and gave refunds, I got 1 negative to retract, and the other person that left a negative is no longer a registered user? So thats no longer on my account. My feedback went back upto 97.7% and my DSR's were good.

I just logged into my account again to check and one of the people that opened a dispute weeks ago which I sorted out and gave a full refund to just left negative feedback, even though she said she woudnt if I gave her a refund. gr.

My account is currently in this state:

1 Negative in the past 30 days
97.2% feedback score.

DSRs are 4.8, 4.4, 4.9, 4.9

Will this be good enough to get my account back next week?

not v likely to work but email proof that negger said they wouldnt neg if you if sorted - could help. If defamatory you can fill an ebay form for retraction too.

From what you say it looks like you should be ok, youve cleared up most of it..

Does ebay let you see when you have a negative feedback from someone?? I'm in a he/said she/said with them. They say..."For future reference, past violations, and community members have
expressed concern with the authenticity of items." Which is crap-o-la. I haven't received a negative nor been questioned about my product.

you mean member have contacted ebay regarding your goods? yes that is very common and no, they wont let you see their comments..doesnt necessarily mean the members have wanted to contact you...they went straight to ebay..

Why was it originally restricted?

eBay has been a lot more slack in recent history with negatives, and dsr scores. But they state on the website it will get more strict in April of this, mainly with dsr scores.

Was it restricted with a selling limit?
