Putting in Quantities
 

Hi

At present I can only sell 1 item at a time of the same thing, but previously I had the option to put in a quantity, does anybody know how to get this?

Is this a new account?, if so i'd recommend not selling more than 1 qty at a time of any given item, just until you get the ball rolling.

How old is the account is the item low or high risk?

Not sure what the issue is exactly.

Is it a restriction preventing you from listing more than 1 qty, or you just cannot find the qty option when listing?

Is this happening with all categories, or just one particular category?

When I sell an item, I click on relist or sell similar and it is not there.

Maybe I should start from scratch

Did you use the advanced setting or easy?
The easy setting is garbage.

I see what you mean.

You want to first and foremost use the advanced listing format. Although I believe QTY can be found on the simplified listing format too.

If its still not there, find the customise option to add more listing options, QTY may be unchecked, hence why its not appearing.

If all else fails, drop eBay a message so they can take a look at it, may well be a glitch.
