How to manage return shipment problem for dropshippers
 
Hi,
I have a UK PP and UK ebay account but I live in Turkey.
While I live in Turkey, I dont know how to manage return shipping cases.
Do you know a reasonable forwarder company in UK to ship return shipments back to Turkey?
I also thinking disabling return shipment option to avoid this issue but I dont think this is a good practice for customer experience.

What would you suggest me? How can I manage this return shipment issue smoothly.

Email the customer a shipping label from a company that operates in UK and Turkey.

Do you recommend to put ship from adress as my real location. Would it be a real problem? I think in that case customer would know that it will be shipped from Turkey not from UK.

Personally, I would use my real address. It would be cheaper than trying to use a UK forwarder to make it appear as if you're in the UK.

The customer just wants to return the item, so they probably won't care where it's going.

Do you think ebay would suspand the accounts just because of this? Or would it call and ask why registery and the shipping country is different?

I don't think it will have an impact on your account as long as the return is processed quickly and the customer gets the refund they're expecting. eBay isn't known to shut down accounts because of return addresses.
