Question about ebay/paypal link
 

If I buy a stealth eBay account, can I still use my own PayPal that was originally linked to the banned eBay account or am I out of luck?

You can in theory.

Its really not your best option as it won't last long term.

A new ebay and paypal combination is your best bet moving forward.

Short term it’s fine

Long term it would get limited

Thanks for the quick replies.

Last question before I go ahead and purchase;

If the account gets limited and I've made sales, do eBay have the right to block my PayPal and keep the money? Or am I fine to complete the transactions, send buyers the items and keep the money as usual?

My second account has just been blocked and I've made 4 sales on it. PayPal won't release the money until the listings are complete but I'd rather not send items off if they'll end up limiting my PayPal in regards to eBay.

eBay cannot get your PayPal blocked or keep the money that is in PayPal

PayPal don’t keep funds until listings are complete, but they will want to see the items posted. Then when you upload tracking the PayPal funds get released for you to withdraw

Recycling accounts isn't the ideal way to go about things. It's best to start from scratch, and avoid repeating your mistakes so you can build solid accounts that will last longer than the last time (if not forever).
